Goals and strategies of company fortell s.r.o.:

Company's fortell s.r.o. goal is to provide services in such a way that the needs and requirements of current and future customers for the conformity, reliability and safety of products, quality, prices and delivery terms, the range of services and, last but not least, minimal environmental impacts are optimally met. The company fortell s.r.o. will fulfil these requirements using to the highest extent knowledge and experience of its employees, experience of customers and suppliers and through seeking and placing new products on the market.

We intend to invest in the training of workers in order to increase their environmental awareness in order to ensure greater stability of the Integrated Management System - Quality Management and Environmental Management, in accordance with the new issues of standards ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2016 and ČSN EN ISO 14001: 2016 we were successfully recertified in November 2023 by a recognized certification company TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o.

Our intention is to inform the interested public in a concise and comprehensible form about the important activities that are in fortell s.r.o. implemented - the policy, quality policy, environmental policy, and the goals of the company.

Quality policy (QMS)

fortell s.r.o. ensures the stable quality of all products at competitive and economical prices.
The technical equipment of the company needed to execute the contracts will be maintained at a high level and in good technical condition, further developed and expanded.
Product quality is verified by a system of controls, using state-of-the-art measuring equipment, control methods and special SW (SPC process control, etc.). The company is in contact with customers during the production process.
The quality management system ensures the maintenance and constant improvement of the production process and supporting activities in accordance with the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 standard.

The basic objectives of our company's quality policy (QMS)

Ensure the economic stability of the company with regard to the investment loan connected with the construction of a new Warehouse and assembly hall (final building approval in 2016).
maintain and possibly extend its market position, take full advantage of the presentation of new production and storage areas
Ensure customization to maintain the existing staffing of the company, especially professionally qualified staff and specialists, to be prepared for the ever-increasing demand and the possible future situation with a certain decrease in orders
Provide only high quality products and services to capture as soon as possible a defect in the implementation processes. A defective products could reduce our performance, our profit and spoil the company's name with customers
Ensure that work in our company is a personal prestigious job for every employee so that every employee takes care of the company's reputation.
Satisfy the customer's needs to the maximum extent possible, so that there is no reason to seek competition. The customer must leave with the feeling that we have done a maximum for him and that we have fulfilled what he has promised. A satisfied customer will return.
Have a good and honest relationship with our customers and business partners and require the same attitude from our partners.

Environmental policy (EMS)

Our company is aware of the fact that each person, together with other organisms, is an inseparable part of nature and that it has an impact on the environment.
We want to implement the activities of our company in accordance with legal standards and in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016.
We want to behave environmentally friendly to have the least impact on the environment in order to protect our own staff and the environment.
We want to behave so that future generations have a preserved opportunity to meet their basic life needs in order not to reduce the diversity of nature and preserve the natural functioning of the ecosystem.
We decided to introduce an environmental management system in our company, system relating to the environment and aiming to ensure a higher level of environmental protection as part of an integrated management system.

The basic objectives of our company's environmental policy (EMS) :

Operate an activity that is in line with valid environmental legislation, it means comply with the requirements of laws, regulations and decrees, or other environmental standards or requirements that apply to us.
Prevent the occurrence of causes leading to pollution or damage to the environment.
Minimize the adverse effects of its activities on the environment and, if pollution or damage to nature occurs, to limit and eliminate such pollution or damage.
To train employees with environmental protection and to use their knowledge, abilities and skills in carrying out work. This knowledge is further enhanced and deepened
Maintain the order at each working place.
To dispose of the generated waste according to the valid legal norms, especially to sort the waste, to classify it according to the waste catalog and to pass it only to the authorized person. Next, prevent excessive waste generation.
Ensure regular measurement of combustion efficiency, measurement of the quantity of discharged substances and control of flue gas paths at combustion sources.
Provide true information about the impact of its activities on the environment and communicate with the public and the state administration.
