The production of spare parts is an integral part of the production of serial, prototype moulds and stamping tools. Many years of experience and our tool shop machinery allow us to offer the production of spare parts for other customers. We produce parts not only according to the supplied documentation, but if there is no documentation, we can convert the original part into data and then produce the part. We emphasise the accuracy and quality of processing while maximally shortening delivery times.

Technology
For the production of spare parts we have in our own tool shop CNC machines (5-axis machining centre HERMLE C42 U, 3-axis machining centres FIDIA HS664, TAJMAC MCFV 1680, 1060 and MAS MCV 750 SPEED) and electro-erosion machines (wire cutting machines AgieCharmilles CUT 3000, CUT 3000 S, CUT 2000 S and Agiecut Classic 2S, sinking machines FORM P600 and Agietron Innovation 2, drilling machine DRILL 20). The tool shop is also equipped with a machine for laser welding for restoration and modification of functional parts of moulds and tools and other machines for the production of spare parts (milling, grinding, drilling and turning).
